4 Student Reviews of Humber College : Lakeshore Campus

  • I never thought I would hate a school this much. You waste thousands of dollers just so your professors can quit and their class is now cancelled. I want my money back Humber!

    Overall Score: (0/5.00)
  • I have been in the international business program for 2 years now. I have not learned anything. I have not been presented with any opportunities in terms of jobs or coop placements. Teachers usually have thick accents and are incomprehensible. This school is run more as a business than a educational facility. Waste of time and money. If you ask me, a lack of education and opportunity discredits the whole purpose of university. Come here if you want debt and depression. Also, there are no social aspects to the school as it is a commuter school. Boring.

    Nothing but a disappointment. The curriculum is outdated and irrelevant to the modern day industry. The teachers are mundane and some lack the credentials to actually be university profs. I feel trapped at Humber now that all my money and credits are tied up in my unfortunate excuse of a program.

    ===

    The teachers at this campus do not care about your education as much as they care about failing you. This is because they want you to re-take the course and pay them more money.

    ===

    Atrocious excuse for a school. Stop with all the Indian teachers that can not speak or write in English. my tuition money is not a joke.. but this school is..

    ===

    Horrible teachers and the staff do not care about you. It is a money grab. I repeat, money grab. I feel as if I am getting the worst education that is possibly available in Toronto. My teachers never respond to emails, they only mark based off of multiple choice question exams, there is no real education delivery system, and the school resembles a highschool with all the underaged children the school lets oversaturate our campus. BAD EDUCATION IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

  • Pathetic

  • Displeased with the level of education. All the courses in the business degree programs rely on two multiple choice tests for 85% of the total mark. It is just a money grab. The majority of the teachers have been sub par at best. Humber offers a third, at most, of the resources other schools do for the same price tag. The campus is small and has nothing to it. Cafe food is overpriced and sucks. The campus offers nothing. Do yourself a favour and study elsewhere.
